The relatively small module size from 3m x 3m to 5.8m x 2.46m means you can quickly convert previously unused or under-utilized spaces very economically. We are a family business and the five directors have been in the construction market since 1986.
Originally in traditional construction, we started selling small portable buildings from 1989. These are still available in addition to the flat pack buildings as per pictures below.
With the well publicized escalation in building costs, we are keen and delighted to provide a much more affordable option to the market. When time is money, this couldn’t be quicker.
SpaceQuik have access to a professional design and install team so can also help in these areas if required including Planning applications. We are pleased to advise that being smaller than 15m2 floor area, our buildings do not require current Building Regulation approval.
